Season 2 ended before Christmas. Don't know when season 3 begins.

It's doing very well, but the writer's strike forced the series to end prematurely. No writers, no show. It should return soon, when the strike is settled.

I thought it had something to do with the writers strike. A lot of shows just stopped airing because there wasn't anyone to write the scripts.

ALL shows are on hiatus right now due to a writers strike. If there were no new episodes ready and waiting, they have no way of bringing it, or any other show, back right now. I think Heroes is also one of those shows that they did not write a full-season for, either because it was expensive to make or because they brought it on as a mid-season replacement, something to that extent. To my knowledge, it hasn't been canceled.

Well, I believe it is on standby due to the writers strike. Now that the strike is over I think they want us the thirst even more. Hopefully it will begin real soon. I can't wait! This is one of the best shows of the millenium

It stopped because of the writers strike - I was so gutted, But i know in the UK its said to be coming back between autumn and christmas. But no official date has been set i don't think... Can't wait thou... "Save the cheerleader - Save the World"
