I read my newspaper every day. Sometimes I read 2 - 3 different ones. I also read several weekly papers and Magazines on special topics like Music, Basketball, and Art. I try to keep my information sources diverse in order to receive enough different perspectives on the news.

I read the paper daily; but given the decidedly liberal slant of the Post, I tend to take what they say with a grain of salt...

I know some people are news hounds by nature, but I'm not one of them. Personally, I find the news very depressing (rarely anything good to read about) and so I tend to shy away from reading the paper. Also, I rarely have time to sit down and read the paper unless it would be on a lazy Sunday morning. I rely on my city's website if I just have to find out what's going on for the day. Do I believe what I read? Some of it. Not all of it.

I read an awful lot. Every day on the way to class I read the New York Times. While browsing the web and goofing off, I typically also read the BBC online. As far as news goes, I also read the New Yorker (I'm not pompous, I swear! It's just free), Economist and The Atlantic during every publication. I get the Financial Times about three times a week at most (something about a pink newspaper does it for me). I do tend to believe what I read, as most of it is factual information from respectable sources. There are some opinion that I read, and of course I take what they say on face value as that is the nature of an opinion page. I tend not to watch the news on TV, if only because it's mostly crap or fake news that is good for ratings.
