I have that series. I really like it but unfortunately I go in spurts so I don't really it it routinely. I can tell it works my muscles though because I am sore the next day. I really like to have this program as part of my workout options!

I own it and like the DVD's I have. The intermdiate disc is so hard, that I can't get through it and I'm in good shape. If you do them consistently, you will loose weight and feel stronger. Good luck.
