My divorce is final, but I have not signed the final decree. I want to take him back to court to sell the home because my name has to remain on the mortgage. What can I do?

    If you have not signed it, it is not final. Unless the Judge has already signed it without your signature for some reason. Normally the Judge signs the decree last, except for special circumstances. If it is a deal that was worked out between you and you go back on the deal it may not go so well for you. If it is to the point that it is even nearly final the house should already have been dealt with. Maybe it is time to let it go.
