  • Why do you want to let them know about this? If you do let them in on what is going on it might help explain a lot of your behaviors and could give them some insight on how to interact with you in the future. Sorry to hear about your difficulty and good luck to you.
  • i say you should keep it to yourself if you care about them you wouldnt want to make them feel bad and burden them with this
  • Telling a person that "used you" about the effect it had on you would possibly give you more pain, as they don't really care about you or they wouldn't "use" you in the first place. People who exploit others do not suffer from a guilty conscience, as a rule. What would your motive be?
  • Sure. Let them know what is happening in your life, but don't blame it on anyone. If you have this disorder, you had it before and your 'friend' wasn't at fault for how you reacted to anything.
  • If the person 'used' you, why bother? Why continue to invest in someone that cannot reciprocate in the friendship/relationship? IMO, let him/her go and move on. You will be a healthier person for doing so.
