Wow. What an excellent question. I've played Tetris on 1) The Game Boy 2) My Macintosh PC as a kid 3) NES 4) My PC at some point 5) Probably forgetting at least 3 others. NES, game boy, DOS, WIN 3.1, online, win95, media portal, KDE, Gnome, some that I might have forgotten.

Not counting online versions, there was Game Boy, Nintendo, and the arcade version.

PC - Tetris (in good ol' DOS), Touhou Tetris, Tetris Friends NES - Tetris SNES - Tetris and Dr. Mario N64 - Tetrisphere (didn't really like it that much) PSX - The Next Tetris (awesome game), Card Captor Sakura Tetris (also pretty fun) Gamecube - Tetris Worlds (also played PC version but either way it was... so-so) GB - Tetris (the mother of all multiplayer Tetris games) GBC - Tetris DX (only tried it once) DS - Tetris DS Wii - Tetris Party So I guess... 10 that I can think of offhand.
