Sit still and breathe, pay attention to that. Keep doing this and you'll discover, like thousands before you, what the numinous world is. Don't attempt this as an idle experiment though. Start down this road and you will eventually lose everything.

so if i get this correctly is that al that space-time-hippy sjit is just accepting where you are and being satisfied with what you have done and go to do. So the most practical way to get ´enlightment´ is just put everything you have done in a line. Look at where you come from, where you are now and then decide what you´re going to do with the remaining time. And that give´s peace for yourself.
