Help answer this question below.

Why do i only get sick at night when im trying to get to sleep, but im just fine during the day? except ive started getting sleepy at exactially 1pm every day for the past week....any clues?

    Do you have any problems with addiction? like drugs or alcohol ?
    If not then it could be just stress. the best thing you can do is to visit a psychiatrist to help you with it.

    If you have gotten acid reflux that will make you throw-up when you ly down. I have to take a nexxum pill every morning for mine. Before they told me that I had acid reflux, I would throw-up all the time and my throat would really burn. They ran the scope down my throat and found the cause was acid reflux disease... It will also keeo you awake...until it gets fixed. I hope this helps you...
