All nations will come and worship before you, for your righteous acts have been revealed." 5After this I looked and in heaven the temple, that is, the tabernacle of the Testimony, was opened. 6Out of the temple came the seven angels with the seven plagues. Theese people were believers this is examplified by the song. [Note] Revelation is an awsome and often overlooked book much like Ezekiel, but you must be able to grasp the symbolsim and history assioated with them they require more dillagent study and it is very difficult to pick passages out of context or even answer specific questions about it without having a general understanding of it in the first place.

You should first understand what the mark of the wild beast is. The number 666 is the number of its name. The number 6 falls short of seven, which stands for completeness from gods standpoint. So, three sixes would mean gross imperfection. It also says this is a mans number, so it comes from the earth not the spirit realm. 3 also denotes emphasis so 6 three times is showing that the wild beast falls way short of gods standard of perfection. This wild beast is the earthly human governments. How does someone recieve the mark of the wild beast? At Duet. 11:18 Jehovah gave Israel the Law telling them to "bind them as a sign upon your hand, and they must serve as a frontlet band between your eyes." This would mean that it would have to influence all their actions and thoughts. They had the mark that they belonged to Him. They belonged to Him they were His people. They were to have nothing to do with the gods or traditions of the surrounding nations who had many gods and traditions that were not in harmony with his will or standards. This is the same as today. The ones that have the mark are the ones who let, not God rule their lives, but go along with the traditions of today. They hold their hopes in the earthly governments, that they will bring peace and security to the earth. But as the bible shows, what Jesus came to tell us, 'Gods kingdom has drawn near'. We should put our trust and hopes in Jehovah's kingdom where Jesus showed that he can and will wipe out death, hunger, pain, suffering ect... That is why he cured the sick, lame, deaf, blind and raised the dead, to show what he would do when he ruled as king of gods kingdom. Those ones who align their lives in harmony with Gods kingdom do not recieve this mark. Those who don't, do recieve the mark. Revelation14:9-12 i am understanding the mark of the beast will be the ones who denied Christ..the ones who do not wear the mark did not deny Christ...??? if we are alive when the day comes, that we either deny HIM or not...the mark will show who did...they went with satan....
