Reward? You mean give them points? YOu can give them points as often as you want whenever you feel like it up to the maximum amount of 'times' you can point someone. It doesn't matter if you give one point or 6 points. You can only give any one person points 25 times, I believe. So if you can give them 1 point maximum, then that's all you can give. If you can give them 6 points each time then that's 150 points.
