  • The pectoral muscles are underneath the breasts. Unfortunately, exercising them will only make them bigger. Cardiovascular exercise (walking, running, biking, etc) will help you burn fat off along with a sensible diet. As you lose weight, some of it will be lost from the breasts. Some people are just naturally bustier than others and even after reaching a reasonable weight for your height, you may not be the size you want to be. As long as you don't have back pain from carrying too much weight in the chest area, don't feel bad about something that's a part of you. Some women pay a lot of money and go through dangerous operations to get what you got for free. Good luck, A 26 year old 38DD
  • I agree, losing weight is possibly the only thing you can do without resorting to surgery. If you are concerned about the appearance of your breasts, you can get minimiser bras and dress in a certain way to make them look more in proportion. If you live in the UK, you may be able to get a breast reduction on the NHS if you do want to have surgery. If you don't want to have surgery, just make sure you are wearing the correct bra size, get measured by someone who knows what they are doing (none of that 'add 5 inches' rubbish) and that should make life easier.
