It was on the news that we were going to have a heavy blizzard last week, and it rained, no snow. Probably in a few days or so.

It was snowing lightly just two hours ago here (Wichita, Kansas). It's supposed to get heavier overnight, but they're not forecasting any accumulation beyond what's already on the ground.

Actually, it is snowing today :D I live in Atlanta; it snows about once every 4 years around here. But this is the SECOND time it's snowed in the past WEEK! :D

Although I love the snow, I have to travel about three hours for the experience. For my immediate area, the answer is... when hell freezes over. The high here today was 75.

We don't get snow down here on the valley floor, but the Sierras are covered, and everyone who went up there for the three day holiday is going to get stuck in a new storm expected to hit Monday, just in time for their trip home. It happened to me one year. My son had to call the tutor and say, I won't be in for my assignment today, I'm snowed in at Lake Tahoe.

Snow flurries for the next 2 days then actual snow on Tuesday. We are not at home right now, though; we are out of town because of ill health on the part of my husband's mother.
