I've had two nephews die of drug overdose's. One was still in his teens. Family may get angry with you for getting them into trouble, but how do you help them break the habit, try to get their life back on track knowing these people have young children.
If they hate you for saving their lives, so be it. You have to remember that this is a free choice they have made. They are grown adults aware of the law.
