Definately not, I dont like to cause trouble that they will get whats coming to them if they are being reckless like that. I might say something if I find out that it is continuing. But as long as I am in Hypothetical country I will just whistle "I saw mommy kissing santa clause" until they notice me.

Unless the relationship directly affects the workplace (e.g. co-worker reports to direct boss), then it's really nobody else's business what they are doing. Turning personal issues into workplace issues is a slippery slope. It's best not to step on it unless you have firm footing (e.g. violations of law or company policy) to stand on.

No...Thats their life not mine. Now if one happened to be my Wife or just Girl Friend. I may set back and LOL just to see their response. Then tell them if thats all the TRUST they got. That they can just keep one another. Just my own point of view tho........M.C.S.

An evil plot hatches, but wait, I am caught between blackmail, spreading hurtful gossip, and potentially causing mayhem in the workplace and 2 families. I would approach my boss (because i wouldn't work for anyone I didn't like) and give him/her my support. Then try to find a way with both coworkers to eliminate the awkwardness. Why ruin relationships and hurt my work environment? Deceit, gossip and disruption are all things I am strongly set against.

Providing the co-worker isn't getting special favours from the boss, I would turn a blind eye.

It all depends but mostly I would not tell. I was in that situation like that but without hard evidence you could loose your job or worse.,
