Me and my girlfriend had bought condoms awhile ago, the other day i asked her to get one out. she had 5 she said she would keep 3 in her purse.. she said her friend took them. and her friend mustve taken the other 2.. it seems fishy? is cheating possible?

I've got no idea. But many times I've discovered that suspicious people are also bad people where as good people are blissfully, naively unaware. Try doing something similar and see if she gets suspicious. Make sure she knows you have five condoms and next time there's only three. See how she reacts to your excuses. Make sure the other two turn up a couple of days later and see how she reacts to that too. Actually, I'm normally not into playing those sorts of stupid games. I think I'm just in a bad mood today, or getting old and careless - that's it, I'm getting old, grizzly and careless! Give 'em enough rope and they will hang themselves. It happened to me. One day I'm blissfully unaware, next day I'm a tad suspicious, a bit later it all comes out. Don't rush it, just keep your eyes and ears open. Cheaters can't hide forever.

I think she just isn't ready to have sex with you, so she's finding excuses not to. I don't consider this evidence of cheating. I consider it evidence of you pressuring her into having sex with you.
