Just the mention of Cutco makes me run in the other direction. The handles are horribly designed. You can't actually use a knife in a professional manner and lay your fingers in those grooves. They aren't made for ALL hands. I guess there is nothing wrong with the blade but I can never get past holding them. They are on the bottom of my list.
