My dog has been throwing up dog food for the past week. Why is my little Scoutygirl throwing up?

If your dog eats grass, then that's a possibly why. dogs mainly eat grass when their feeling sick, to make them selfs throw up all that junk.

She may have worms.

You should take her to a vet. There could be any number of reasons for vomiting.

Could be a variety of things...but try this before paying an expensive vet bill. Take her food bowl away and don't feed her for the next 12 hours. Leave her water though. Every 3-4 hours give her about a teaspoon full of Pepto-Bismol. You may have to use a syringe and squirt it down her throat. Then give her food back to her and if she is still throwing up, I'd take her to the vet. I have miniature dashunds who have a very sensitive stomach and this is the advice my vet gave me.
