I do not..and I am very embarrassed to admit this..but several months ago I encountered a grocery store worker, whom I had seen countless times before, having some kind of "episode"..I asked another store clerk what was happening and was told that the worker had Tourette's and some days were better than others. I reacted negatively and I am ashamed of myself for doing that...she was making sandwiches and I decided not to deal with her in that state. I regret it, I am embarrassed and I hope I react in a different way if I am ever confronted with that situation again. :(
