  • My experience was a good one, my 360 bombed after a month or so. I sent it back and had 0 problems with Microsoft, so you shouldn't worry too much.
  • My 360 just bit the dust. I've had it and played it from the first day it was out. I just got ahold of customer service and luckily my system is still covered. Hopefully it won't take to long to get it back.
  • xbox call center is a nightmare to deal with. I have had more problems with them then i care to mention. My xbox 360 has red ring of death 2 times now.. hdd fried also and headset. I hate overseas call center. So now i keep calling and hanging up until i get an American call center. Not that it helps but i would rather speak to someone for whom english is a first language !!
  • I have had 4 different xbox 360s. I was lucky to buy the little insurance package at EB Games everytime though so i haven't had to pay for it. The first one my dog knocks over while i'm playing and it breaks. The second one EB Games gave me wouldn't work. The third got 3 rings of death 1 month in and my fourth better last a while because EB stopped letting me buy the insurance.
  • I know how you feel. I just sent my launch xbox 360 a few days ago. It worked perfectly for so long, until my power went off while playing it and something shorted or something. Luckily i was still under warrenty, but it still hurt me to watch it go.
