now i dont know what the answers to other questions are but the breast implant is virtually impossible to break. they tested it tryin it in a microwave under water pressure. under force and the only thing that could break it was a gun. so no need to wrry

It depends on the implant and how big you want to be. If you go only a cup size or two A->C or B->D, usually one surgery is enough. However, if you want them bigger by another couple of cup sizes after that, then yes, it would require removal of the previous implants and insertion of a larger one or two, depending on the size you want to be. There is also inflatible implants that allow you to increase your breast size over time and they are usually used when you start out very small (perhaps like you are now) and want to be big, but the skin doesn't stretch enough at the present to allow insertion of large implants. So, you would get these implants and the doctor would schedule appointments over time where he would insert a needle into the filling stem and add more saline to the implant, thus making you bigger over time and allowing your skin to stretch and get use to the additional size. As far as having a heavy partner rupture them, the odds are pretty slim that it would happy as the outer shell is pretty durable. Only in extreme cases of severe impact would that likely happen, and if it does, you would probably end up with broken ribs amoung other things. So, no, during sex, they would be perfectly enjoyable.

There is a possibility of them rupturing. The biggest drawback is that boobs become hard as a rock and you loose the sensation on the nipples, your young ones would never rise to the occasion, lol
