  Everytime i get up i get a head rush, sometimes i get one so bad i feel like falling, is there anything wrong with me?, i get pains in my eyes if that helps.

  So I joined college a week ago and it's been great so far. Haven't made a lot of friends yet but it's fine. My roommate is some girl I've never met before till like 4 days ago and she and her friends seem pretty cool. I'm not a very talkative person (probably awkward af) and I try to be social but it just turns into a very awkward situation. The hostel I stay in usually offer meals and since I can't eat some foods (tummy issues) I decided to order takeout on my first day stay. My roommate and her friend were on the top bunk talking during dinner and they told me to go get some food and I declined saying I was full and all but then my takeout arrived and when I got to eating, she and her friend weren't there so there's no way I could offer it to them. So when they came back, the food was already cold and I felt bad offering them cold food (bc it seems like I'm giving them my leftovers; rude) so I just kept it there till the next morning when I threw it out. A few days later, I hear her talking to her friends telling them how selfish I am. It really hurts bc we don't know each other that well and she's already making judgements about me. We don't talk much but I feel like I've been nothing but good to her despite being quiet and all. God knows what nonsense she's been feeding her friends. What should I do? I really do like her friends

  I have a baby painted turtle named Avery, as of now I'm not sure of its gender. I have UVB lighting on her basking rock, and keep the temperature at 80 degrees. It has calcium supplements, and I'm doing the best I can with it, as I've never owned a turtle before. Avery is two weeks old, and its shell is slightly soft. I've checked for rotting and pyramiding, but there are no signs of either. My questions are; 1. Is the soft shell normal? I have its UVB light on all day, although I turn it off at night. 2. What is a proper diet for baby painted turtles, is it the same as adults? 3. Am I missing any of the needs for Avery? 4. Do I need to buy vitamin supplements? 5. I change the tank once every 2-3 days, do I change it sooner? Things that I have for Avery: 60 gallon tank Filter UVB light that also provides heat Water thermometer Basking area where it can completely get out of water Water at 78-80 degrees most of the time (it cools down to 72 during the night but heats back up again during the day) Calcium bone chews (it is using them) I do not have a tank heater, but I am not sure if it's necessary due to the tank staying relatively the same temperature, but I plan to get one once winter hits. If you can help me I will be so relieved, I love this turtle and I'm willing to do anything possible to keep it as healthy as I can!

  I think I have mild seborrheic dermatitis or eczema, on my forehead and behind my ears, so I wanted to try some essential oil formulas. Some formulas I found include: 1) [1 tablespoon Evening Primrose Oil, 6 drops Geranium Essential Oil] 2) [1 tablespoon Evening Primrose Oil, 6 drops German Chamomile Essential Oil, 3 drops Rosemary Essential Oil] 3) [1-2 drops of Lavender Essential Oil, 1-2 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil, diluted with fractionated coconut oil] My question is, can I rework these formulas so that I can have enough for a spray bottle. I don't know how, that's why I'm posting this to get more insight into the matter. Lets say I double one of the formulas, if I keep stacking one batch on top of another until I have enough for my bottle, then will that work? Is it dangerous to do that? Just to make enough and then stuff them all together? This is confusing to me because I assume 5 drops of Tea Tree Essential Oil would be less effective in a glass of water for example than a tea spoon of water due to the difference in water. Do the formulas lose their effectiveness quickly and should only be used on the same day or hour they're made? Side note: I choose to use a spray bottle as the application method, because I thought that would be easiest, if there are other possibly better ways, then please let me know. I assume, I should rub the areas after spraying on the created medicine on my problem areas, is it ok if there are some wetness left over from using the medication? Or does that mean I'm using too much, and letting some stay on top of my skin is bad? If rubbing the area is bad in the first place for the medicine, then please let me know.

  2 days ago I met Gril that her friend has a crush on me. I walked with her to that.girl and she didnt look any way sympatied about me she just facepalmed and get a bit shy when she saw me.Next day she asked me about my name I decided to tell it. When i came back from school I looked on facebook and they in fact invited me. Today I decided to ask for real whats going on she still says that her friend has crush on me stuff. But still the girl that she was talking about doesnt show any kind of feeling to me.They are propobly 1 year younger than me (Im 17) .   How do I get my ex girlfriend back? Hi so I’m in a situation where I know my ex still loves me and is in love with me. However the reason for this breakup (48 hrs ago) was for us to work on ourselves, to get the ball rolling on our careers and after we do that she said she promised we’d try things out again. She said she has no time for me rn because her mom just went through a kidney transplant and she needs to focus on her plus she said she doesn’t feel like she loves herself enough and before putting all 100% into me she wants to do that for herself. We took a 2 week break and she told me she felt awful because she wanted to give me attention it’s just she needs to be strong for herself and show herself that she can be responsible. So she broke things off so she doesn’t feel like I’m waiting on the sidelines for her. She also wants time for herself to do yoga and make new friends. Our breakup wasn’t bad. We talked and talked and even had sex and took a last picture of us kissing before going our separate ways. She contacted me the next morning telling me she hopes work went good and we talked for a bit then the conversation ended and restarted again at night while we were both at work. She told me during the breakup that she felt uncomfortable in the relationship because when we argue or fight I’d be an a**hole and yell and cuss at her. I told her I wanna change for myself but also for us because I realized that it’s not cool of me to be yelling over dumb things. She said she doesn’t know if things will workout in the future between us but we will try again and as long we work on ourselves rn then only good things will come. Any advice would be helpful as this time for me is hard because we told each other we’d work through anything and that our relationship could go to hell and back and we’d still love each other. I know this is hell rn I just want things to workout again.

  I am 14. For the past months I've been experiencing an anxiety like feeling. I usually worry about things that shouldn't be worried about it shouldn't be worried about that much. Then everyday it keeps happening I keep thinking and then I over think and it could be positive but if it's negative then it will get me scared or have me keep thinking about it. And everyday I fidget or walk around non stop back and forth and when I do I think. Good or bad. I think. Most of the times I overthink and I don't want that feeling. And I can't sleep well at night and I stay up late. Not like through until the middle of the night but my bed time is usually around 10:30 or suppose to be but I usually fall asleep between 12:30 to about 2 the most. Then when I wake up everyday I feel like I need to sleep in more because I'm tired and sleepy still. That's just one problem with my sleep. The other is that I'm afraid sleeping by myself in the dark. I just think if I try to sleep peacefully then I would hear whispers or I would feel something rub on me and open my eyes someone would be there. I believe in ghost but that experience never happend with me. Meaning I know it won't happen but my anxiety is taking over making me scared and rarely panic sometimes to where I have my mom sleep with me. Or I sleep with the lights on. And next one is my ear. I think I might either have the mineres disease or tinnitus or whatever because for years I've been hearing ringing in my ears or left ear mostly . but I figured it was normal but now since I gotten smarter and mature I decided to look up what it was. But I still hear it til today like this moment. Usually at night it gets loud. But on a daily basis I can hear it but it's no big deal. I just want to get it checked out just to be on the safe side. Rarely it goes to both of my ears or spreads but mainly it's been on my left ear. It might also be on my right ear but not as much but Idk. All I know is that I hear ringing like 24/7 and there has come times where I ignore it and forget it's the

  I had my period over 2 weeks? first i was normal bleeding like every month,but now it's lighter what can i do please help me..I already have 2 kids i always use condoms i always exercise even when i have my period,is this the reason?

  A few months ago, I created a symbolic link/directory junction between my C drive and D drive in order to move my user profile to give my C drive more space. Today however, I felt that the it has now been causing more issues than benefits, as the windows operating system was still considering the junction as taking up space (around 22 GB) and not just a place holder like I had intended, so I looked up how to delete it the link. What I found told me to just remove it delete it like you would a normal file, so after going into safe mode and using the built in admin account I was able to remove the link. I then tried moving the users profile back onto the C drive, but found that I had no space left on that hard drive. Using WinDirStat I was able to see that there was around 34 GB out of the 109 GB on the hard drive that was unknown to the application. I tried using windows clean up manager to remove system restore points as well any other temporary files, but I still cannot reserve the 22 GB that my junction was using. Before this I tried to delete unused programs as well as moving documents to reserve space, but was not very effective as most of the space contains important documents. Is there any other way to get the space back, should I revert back to using the symbolic link, or am I even using the wrong type of link?

  Before and during my period, I break out on my face really bad. What can I do to prevent this? I wash my face twice a day, but during my period, that doesn't make a difference.
