How many of the category here were suggested by users?Have you ever suggested one and got it accepted?(I just got 3 of mine accepted-Is it..?, where..? and "oil and related issues")

It is a bit hard to tell which categories were created by users, but we can say that the categories were created over time, as the tree grew its branches. I've had about 10 suggested categories, which 8 were accepted. I can't remember what I suggester for.

Yes a lot of categories were suggested by users. A lot of them are stupid some are useful. Soon we will have a sub category for every question. If we put any more sub categories, in Outside the Bag we will be able to get rid of most of the real categories because just about every question has one of those words in them . Very few things are being put back into correct categories just sub categorized in Outside the Bag.
