duuuuude! she either likes you and didnt think you knew and now thinks you do. or she doesnt and you need to ask her about it anyways.

Probably it means that she doesn't want to but didn't know how to say it. It might also mean that she suddenly became aware that her bratty little brother was eavesdropping on the conversation. The ball is in her court; the proper thing to do is wait for her to contact you again with an answer. If she hasn't talked to you within a couple of days, then write her off as not interested.

Really how is this hard. She doesn't want to date you, most likely she didn't want you to have her number, and you can look forward to having you call screened from now on.

Hey bro, she's probably just nervous. Next time you guys are on the phone lighten things up with a joke, and tell her that it wasn't a date, or she can bring a friend or something. Did you kind of spring it on her, for instance "Blah, blah, blah, want to go to the movies with me?" OR, maybe you can just tell her that she can think about the movie thing for as long as she wants, but the movie you want to see is at this time on this date. Give her time to think about it. :-)

i would have to know more about what happened before. however give this a try. instead of 'would you like to watch a film with me' say ' im gonna watch i film, do you want to join me'. this will sound less like a date, it will make you sound like you have a life and at the least she will respect you more.
