Isn't it pretty? It's built in the Mercedes Benz plant over in Germany. I think they've quit production after this year, so maybe it will be a collectable at a later date?

I drive a 2004 Chrysler Crossfire and I loooooooove it! It's a small car, but it's so much fun to drive. Min has the autostick and I love that because when I'm in the mood to drive a manual transmission, I can drive it as one and if I don't feel like it, I don't have to. I'm 47 years old and I feel like it's my toy. Every time I get in it, I fall in love with it all over again! I love the fin on the back that automatically pops up whenever I get on the highway (or drive 65+) and automatically shuts back down when I slow down (under 39, I believe). I love the way the engine sounds when I step on the gas! It's a freakin' fabulous car!! You know it's built on the Mercedes SLK body? The seats are comfortable. It has a jammin' sound system. And the only other thing after the years I've had it is that it only has 1 cup holder...maybe they've changed that after my year; I don't know. The other thing that's not too attractive to me is that it uses synthetic oil and the last time I took it to the Chrysler dealer to get an oil change, etc, it cost $130! If you decide to purchase one, make sure you ask them about the 3-piece luggage set that fits perfectly in the back for when you travel. I know this is really a car to just have fun in, but I've actually taken it major food shopping and was quite shocked that I was able to fit so much in the back. I highly recommend this car. I absolutely love it.

I tried to share a photo of my "toy", but I kept getting a prompt telling me they can't make a thumbnail from a .GIF! Or something like that! The file was a JPEG. Obviously, I'm too tired, or temporarily insane to add it, LOL! Oh well! It looks just like the one you posted, but I was sitting in it.

A nice car indeed...offer them $20,000 and be firm about it, - they will "take the bait" I'm sure.
