Some things will be taken into consideration like Was it your car? Did you cause damage to anyone or property? Is this your first offense or Do you have a record? Are you in school? If you get excellent grades this will surely help you if you are a good student is also helpful Dress studious when you go to court be on time and ask your attorney about all of your options if you have a legal aid make sure you tell him/her your good qualities such as helping in your community or if you attend church regulary as your pastor/Priest Can write a letter on behalf of your character I hope you learn from this take it seriously respect the law respect the road realize people out there have families and want to arrive home safe and sound along with their car with no damage I hope you are remorseful and get a chance get a conditional probation or community service just respect the court and yourself and Good Luck to you!

Uh... if I were you, I'd expect to invest in a bus pass for at LEAST a few years. What fit of insanity posessed you to do such a STUPID thing. No matter WHAT you were getting pulled over for, you just made it MUCH worse by running away. Your best bet is to learn your lesson, spend a while taking the bus, and grow up before you land yourself in jail.
