yes, but some people that upgrade the engine screw up other parts of it especially in Honda's :( Try to find out if the seller and his buddies did it them selves, or had someone legit do it. Was the new engine used?

Its a really good price, but that's why it makes me wonder what else is wrong with it. Check the rocker panels. From experience I can say there has to be something wrong if the car is going for this little, and don't believe the seller if he just says 'i need it to sell fast so its practically free'
