    This is the best that I've found:

    Requirements include ability to obtain a valid Arizona Commercial Driver’s License, ability to become a certified Weather Observer, mechanical skills, use of UNICOM radio system, and must be available for after hour call outs for fuel and airport advisories.

    It's Arizona but then again, the requirements could be the same all throughout. It's the same job, isn't it?
