Neither. I found out that if I have my toothbrush wet before I put on the toothpaste, the toothpaste doesn't stick very well.

I wet it before then do the toothpaste then after then brush my teeth then clean it then brush my teeth again with water then rinse then gargle with mouth wash a brush my teeth again to get the listerne everywhere then rinse the toothbrush thenput it away
