How can you fight a photo signal infraction when the light was not working correctly. Generally a light will turn from green to yellow and remain yellow longer than 1 or 2 seconds but the light went from green to yellow to red in less than 15 seconds.

Cases of shortening the yellow lights for increased ticketed. Standards for Yellow depends on the spped limit. So many seconds of yellow per every increased 10 mph per hour. Making the yellow light too short for ticket profiteering creates a "point of no return", ( where if you braked to stop by slamming the brakes to avoid "running" a red light, cuases even more accidents These cameras have already been tried and taken down in CA and HI (see VanScam).
