As far as I know, contact lenses are designed in such a way that they would NOT wander off to unseen parts of your eyeballs. Most likely, the other contact just got so dry it fell off somewhere. Look around your bed. But if you're really worried, it's best to consult a doctor.

Now I don't know about the other side of your eyeball. But I did have one that moved to the top of my eye. I rubbed my eye too hard. I had to go fish it out. I freaked out. I thought I had to go to the emergency room. But trust me if something like that happened to you. You would know. It was very uncomfortable.

yes it is possible that the linse is on the other side.. it happened alot to myfriend.. she just rolled her eyes alot and did stuff to get it back to the front of the eye
