  • My kids are having the same problem. We recently purchased a Webkinz toy and registered it on the site, at which point we got to see the room that came with the toy. Now, we cannot access the room at all. When we click on My Room, it kicks us out of the site altogether. All we can do is feed the pet; we cannot exercise it or play with it or put it to bed. We can't even go in and decorate the room. We "bought" all this stuff and now my kids can't put it in the room. It's been like this for a week; I tried contacting customer service, but they only have form questions, none of which applies to our situation. Furthermore, they tell us that they will answer our question by leaving the answer in our pet's room. Hello! We can't get in it to get our response! If we could, we wouldn't need a response. We're all getting very frustrated; can anyone out there help us with this problem?
