HOW CAN I MEASURE WEIGHT LOSS IN PERCENT ? I.E. THE AMOUNT OF BODY WEIGHT, AS OPPOSE TO THE AMOUNT OF WEIGHT LOST. E.G. SOMEONE WIEGHS 230 LBS., AND LOOSES 30 LBS., WHAT IS THE PERCENTAGE OF WEIGHT LOSS?

    Loss divided by original weight. In your example 30/230=0.13 or 13%
