Good question! I certainly hope so, otherwise Netflix is probably single handedly destroying some forests out there........and I am part of the problem..*sob*!!!

Don't know, but it would be an excellent question to post on their corporate blog, if they have one. :)

I Cant say I Know EXACTLY what netflix does with their returned Envelopes, I'd be willing to bet IT ALL, that they recycle ALL PAPER. From Interoffice paperwork to Their return Envelopes to Corrugated Cardboard. Pretty much ALL companies, Big and small, Dispose of Paper separately(for recycling) than all other trash. In fact MANY States and local Governments "require" businesses to recycle paper. Now as Far as NETFLIX Physically taking their returned Envelopes and Recycling them into New envelopes on their own I Wouldn't know. (and Doubt they would). I Would assume a Company that big would have Realized to do that from the VERY START as I'm sure they could see a future of Environmental Groups Exposing them...With Some Nasty "ANNUAL TREE HOMICIDE" STATS.Which would Kill A LOT of their Business;-) I'd imagine they Would even Have their New Envelopes Made W/recycled paper. Take care
