He appeared as a burning bush to Abraham
-
It does not even describe the physical appearance of Jesus.
-
It says that the Father is Spirit!
-
God is not a physical being. He is Spirit.Moses was the only human that was ever in God's presence...

I don't know, but Exodus 20:4-6 says, " 4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness *of any thing* that *is* in heaven above, or that *is* in the earth beneath, or that *is* in the water under the earth: 5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God *am* a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth *generation* of them that hate me; 6 And showing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments." I think that means we're not supposed to know what God looks like. Maybe I'm wrong.

There is the bit in Genesis 1:26 where "God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness" but I suppose this is not describing physical image or likeness. That would contradict HQ 112 which is used as a yardstick for anyone claiming to be God. According to HQ 112 God must be: 1. One! 2. the eternally Besought of all! 3. one who neither begets nor was begotten. 4. And there must be nothing comparable unto Him. If anyone claiming to be God fails on any of the above he is not God.

No. It says God has no definite appearance and phsical body.He exist as spirit and never in idols or pictures.

Since he is a Spirit beyond the power of humans to see (Joh 4:24), any description of his appearance in human terms can only approximate his incomparable glory. While not actually seeing their Creator (Joh 1:18), certain of his servants were given inspired visions of his heavenly courts. Their description of his presence portrays not only great dignity and awesome majesty but also serenity, order, beauty, and pleasantness.—Ex 24:9-11; Isa 6:1; Eze 1:26-28; Da 7:9; Re 4:1-3 As can be noted, these descriptions employ metaphors and similes, likening Gods appearance to things known to humans—jewels, fire, rainbow. He is even described as though he had certain human features. While some scholars make a considerable issue out of what they call the anthropomorphological expressions found in the Bible—as references to God’s “eyes,” “ears,” “face” (1Pe 3:12), “arm” (Eze 20:33), “right hand” (Ex 15:6), and so forth—it is obvious that such expressions are necessary for the description to be humanly comprehensible. For God to set down for us a description of himself in spirit terms would be like supplying advanced algebraic equations to persons having only the most elementary knowledge of mathematics, or trying to explain colors to a person born blind.—Job 37:23, 24.

In John 4:24 the Bible tells us thst "Gos is a spirit" thus as mentioned at John 1:18 Jesus himself said "No man has seen God at any time" but it was Jesus who came to the earth as a human "explained him" We can learn a lot about God and his qualities from the things he created around us.Romains 1:20 shows us that

God came to earth in the Person of His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ(John 1:1-14, I Timothy 3:16). Jesus Christ was God come in the flesh. The Bible tells us that God became a physical being, but does not go into too much detail about how He looked that I can recall, although it mentions some things about how He looked, it does not mention a whole lot. Thank you and may God bless you. :) -In Jesus' Name.

God is a spirit but the bible does say..... Genesis 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. -We know that God and Jesus are the same because the bible says in Matthew 1:23......"they shall call his name Em-man'-u-el, which being interpreted is, God with us. (other oneness scriptures) Col 2:9, Isaiah 9:6, Isaiah 35:4-6, John 20-28, so with that being said about God and Jesus being the same....the bible also says, reffering to Jesus, “He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation.” 1 Col 1:15 and finally, John 14:8-11 Phil'-ip asked Jesus...8-"Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us. 9-and Jesus said.. "he that hath seen me hath seen the Father"
