Yes - I think that there are any number of reasons for it....but I won't go into them. In all fairness, however, people on this site bash everyone, not just Barack. There's America bashing, Bush bashing, Democrat bashing, gay bashing, Answerbag bashing.....we're not exclusively negative to one group of people or one specific person.

Yes and I think that it's appalling. The nerve of those people wanting a better country then the Obamanation is willing to offer.

Everyone gets bashed on AB....I see it everywhere. Political bashing gets really nasty...and this last election year seemed to be nastier than ever. Whether it's politics, sexual orientation, religion, cultural...no one seems safe. Even with the way the economy is, I see people bashing the unemployed for being "lazy." People bash those who don't like the same sports teams. The top 3 seem to be politics, LGBT and religion, though. It's quite sad.

What do you want? Fan club? Admiration society? Whoever the POTUS is, he/she needs to have their feet held to the fire especially when they try to ramrod stuff through congress in too much of a hurry. The only thing worse than a slow government is one that move too fast.

It comes with the territory. The President is always subject to being bashed. Obama is an activist who loves the media spotlight, so he will be subject to lots of criticism, particularly if the economy doesn't turn better fast.
