We just moved into a condo. someone parked in our spot. we parked in the next spot to run inside. we got an angry note threatening to tow our car and saying we were repeat offeners. what do we do? my bf wants to complain to the hoa.

Yes you need to make a complaint that someone is parking in your spot..and ask them what you are suppose to do when that happens. If you know who the person is that left the note, you should go to them and explain that someone parked in your spot and that you just needed to run inside quick to your apartment for something. It seems it was more then a short stop because the person had enough time to write a note and go outside and leave the note...but anyways just explain to them what happen.
