  • I've never had to lose weight, but I just eat healthy.
  • just drink cold water evry day about 1.5 lit to 2 lit and loosing your body weight will not be a problem in any time of the year :)
  • i think its weight watchers! i haven't tried it myself yet but i know lots of people who its worked well for, so i'm going to give it a try myself this year! want to get to 8 an half stone by May.
  • mine is to simply not become overweight beforehand. a constant formula of exercise and eating healthy.
  • Bananas! Filling, good for you and cheap. Makes a good snack. No eating withing several hours of bedtime (unless it's a 'nanner') Drink lots of water. Don't loose too fast; you'll only shock the body and gain it right back. Exorcism, I mean, exercise of course.
