I would be upset. That would be rude and thoughtless for anyone to say to someone who is sick.

I sure would! When your loved one is sick, the last thing you have a right to expect from them is housework. Their only responsibility (as yours would be if you were sick) is to rest and get better.

yes! Horrified!! Then I would give them a big sloppy kiss transferring my crudy germs to them and laugh all the way to bed. What comes around goes around!

I know exactly what you are talking about. When I'm sick, I still have to take care of 3 kids, do the errands, and the housework. If I fall behind on the housework, my husband always makes a snide remark. Yet when HE'S sick, he goes to bed and stays there for 2 days, and camps out on the couch for another 2 days.

I would get freaking pissed!! Even if I weren't sick whomever this person is they cant boss me around like that expecting me to clean the apartment when its half their stuff too! Plus the sick factor...They should be taking care of me not bitching about the cleanliness of the apartment.
