No, fetishes are generally very extreme, and are actually listed in the DSM-IV as Mental Disorders (which I think is kind of bogus). Not everyone has them.

I don't think all people have fetishes. I don't even know if I have any. I used to like guys with a particular name, though. Thankfully that phase is so over.
