If in your house you have hidden bombs and say if you open up the freezer the bomb explodes and the police raid your house but you didn't know about it in advance and they open the freezer and get blown up and die, will you be arrested for murder?

Just a guess, but at the least probably manslaughter plus charges for making the bomb . . . but I don't know for sure. Maybe the ABer who is a policeman will answer.

You CAN get arrested, but that doesn't necessarily determine whether or not you are going to go to prison if you are tried for murder. As for how your trial will be determined... It depends on the justice system where you live. If you live in a country where you are "Guilty until proven innocent", then you probably could. However, if you live in a country like Canada where you are "Innocent until proven guilty", chances are you might not get put in jail as long as you can raise reasonable doubt. In a criminal matter, the Crown has to be able to prove that you are guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. If there is any doubt at all, they have no other choice but to let the accused go.

Most likely, however, what you are arrested for and what you can be charged or convicted of are two different things. 2nd degree murder is the intentional killing of another person with malice aforethought. Malice aforethought is the intent to kill, or the reckless disregard for life. Thus, if you knew, or should have known, that someone opening the fridge would likely suffer death, then you are guilty of murder.

Frankly, depends on the colour of your skin. If you are a good ole boy, you might get charged with manslaughter. If you are black you will likely get done for murder and fry. If you are Islamic, you will likely be tortured, sent to Gitmo, then fried.

Yes.Its called a man trap.If you set traps in your house that are lethal and someone,anyone dies as a result you will get charged with murder in the 1st degree because although you did pick are particular person, you planned the murder on what is called a potential victim.
