I was a bookie at a horse racing track for a while.

I worked in a taxidermist supply company and, among other things, made plastic tongues for those poor deer you see hanging on walls.

For a couple of months I did door to door charity fundraising. It might sound pretty tame, but when you realise that you spend 10 hours a day knocking on random strangers' front doors and walking away 5 minutes later with their bank account details and signature on a direct debit form, it's actually pretty weird.
