It doesn't matter if she minds or not -- the fact is, she'll probably have to report you to a doctor, and everyone around you will get involved with your "weight loss program" again. The reason people get involved is because what you are doing is dangerous to your own health, and considered "self-harm". I had a friend that could only think about losing weight -- she ended up in the hospital with kidney failure, and tubes inserted into her body. Is there no activity you can think of, that will help you to stop thinking about weight loss?

Make certain that you need to lose weight. You have a poor track record of you body image apparently. You may be in a perfectly normal weight range for you. Don't do anything to get back into a bulimic cycle again...talk to your doctor. And congratulations on beating it...a lot don't.

Just eat healthly and excersice every day. then you will drop down to the weight you are ment to be.

Well if you were anorexic, i am sure you are not overweight now. So loosing weight is not necessary or a good thing. Seems like your heading back on the anorexic path to me! I know its hard, but try too love your body, and not think too much of how your body looks to you, cos im sure too other people you are skinny and im sure there are alot of girls wishing the had your body. Being a bone is not very attractive, trust me, ask men, they like to hold more tahn a skeleton!!! Good luck

Wow.....You sound like me..... When I feel I have put on a few pounds I do this...... I stay away from salt.(that makes you retain water) When It comes to carbs...Potatoes and bread the heaviest. Eating to much red meat can also make you gain weight''It being full of healthy but heavy fats''.I suggest cutting it out for awhile.Stick with lighter meats.Fish ,chicken and seafood.''protein is your friend''Also cut your dairy intake in half.''It cuts down on fattie acids and cholesterol. Rice is great for trimming the figure.Especially with colorful vegies.''They have the most vitamins and anti-oxidants........Hope this helps...

If you are a healthy weight, i dont mean thin, i mean average, then all you need to do is make sure you eat 4-5 SMALL meals per day, and make it healthy, drink water instead of fruit juices or soda. If you eat healthy and enough to make yourself SATISFIED, then you should become or stay the proper weight. Just take care of yourself, because NOTHING is worth going back to an eating disorder.

How bad you do you want it? I think you are to lazy to get some exercise. I am not an expert, but if you really want to lose weight just ask uncle google. I am just like you but after I read article at www.weightlosssolution.org, I can see that to lose weight I just need a little effort
