No they are in any case dormant.

It may be too late as they need a resting chilling period outside. If they emerged when the sun tells them too they might not have enough buildup to blown or produce very small blooms. It you have no other choice and it doesn't matter to you about this year, then don't worry about it and they will be wonderful next year.
