Any of the above, depending on the instructor ... even a great martial art can be ruined by a bad instructor ... if those are your three choices from within your area, just go with which ever instructor is the highest rank and/or the most experienced ... with all things being equal, I would recommend Aikido. On the other hand, you did not mention Tai Chi Chuan ... that would be my first choice, if the instructor was good enough ...

I would pick Aikido. I studied the Yoshinkan form of Aikido for a little while and thought it was good for defensive restraint and take downs. Especially if you are not very strong.
