Its totally false. Many famous people have lived and died a vigin. Queen Elizabeth I was a famous example as was Sir Isaac Newton. Also British soap star Jean Alexander claims to be a virgin and shes over 70 years old.

False, there are some religious people (Priests, monks, nuns) who die virgins. However, I think most 99.9999% of people who live to be older than 21 don't die virgins.
