  • Hi no expert but the judge should only take into accout the pending speeding ticket, if your pervious case has been delt with they should not take that into account however the judge may well be aware of it. I would think honestly the judge would only be interested in the current case unless they are linked in any such way. Good Luck
  • In judging guilt or innocence, the court should only consider the current case on the evidence presented. Only once guilt has been determined is the court entitled to look at previous record in order to decide on sentence.
  • Traffic court judge will have your prior driving and citation record before him, when your case is heard. Will the judge base his decisions solely on the evidence in court for this particular incident, or will the drivers past driving history play a part in his decision? The drivers past driving record and the current incident will all play a part in his decisions.
