Toys from China that contain lead paint. Where the heck are the U.S. Inspectors?

Here you go!!! Coca-Cola – for continuing the international marketing of its bottled water, Dasani, despite admitting it comes from the same sources as local tap water. Kellogg’s – for the worldwide use of cartoon-type characters and product tie-ins aimed at children, despite high levels of sugar and salt in their food products. Mattel – for stonewalling US congressional investigations and avoiding overall responsibility for the global recall of 21 million products. With the overall prize going to: Takeda Pharmaceuticals – for taking advantage of poor US regulation and advertising sleeping pills to children, despite health warnings about pediatric use.

Gardasil... the "Cervical Cancer Vaccine" which may protect against 4 known strains of HPV... of which there are dozens... and these four strains may or may not be linked to actual cases of cervical cancer. Since it appeared on the market in June of 2006 (after a fast-track approval by the FDA) and as of August 2007, the adverse events linked to Gardasil as found by the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System has grown to 3,779 including EIGHT DEATHS. During July and August 2007, 28 and 26 percent respectively of ALL VACCINE RELATED ADVERSE EVENTS WERE LINKED TO GARDASIL! And they want to REQUIRE your eight-to-twelve year old girls to have this vaccine to enter high school, folks. This company MUST be stopped.
