  • First off, I would ask this question through the company that you are under, they may have certian rules that could affect you. I beleive that you have to be the age of 60 and not working to withdraw with out having to put back in. Sorry i am not much help but every company's 401k is different.
  • Only if your plan offers an in-service withdrawal for person over age 59 1/2.
