  • yea i was doing the same thing, but it always happened with a purchased dvd, the copied dvds seem to always work , erm all i can suggest is to download your movies. im actually on here looking for an answer to the same problem, i was on another web page and someone asked the same question, but it was answered with someone telling him videos can take hours to convert and to just wait!! hope you get sorted with a real answer sorry im not much help, im in the same situation.j
