You might need to go to the doctor...They could tell you for sure if it's a medical problem... It could also be a mental problem. Depression can do that to ya...I know how it feels.

You might either have MONO or Lyme disease but your probably just in a demodivated mood. Moods affect energy. Become more active, I used to run cross country and I felt better when I lead a active lifestyle and more tired when I led a lazy one.

It sounds like you are getting your days and nights mixed up. I am doing that right now. I will sleep to noon tomorrow and probably be here again at this time tomorrow night. There is nothing wrong with you but your sleep patterns can get you into trouble with some of your personal obligations. It takes self-discipline to get 8 hours sleep and wake up early and be on task throughout the daylight hours. Taking too many naps can turn into a pattern that is hard to break away from. We have to force ourselves to stop taking the naps.

If your a teenager its nothing uncommon, it just means your growing(or thats what I've always been told). If not maybe your getting to much sleep & it makes you feel groggy. Could be anything from your eating habits or exercise habits( if you have any, I usually don't have time) but any of the above could influence your moods
